Live B.I.G. is our class curriculum! Each month is centered around
a certain theme. Each week the children learn a new bible story
that pertains to that months theme and bible verse. The bible
story is then reinforced through crafts, games, a 5 minute video
with Mr. Z , music, and prayer. |

3,4 years Old
Shirley Broadwater, Myrtle Currie
| This class of 3 and 4 year olds starts each
Sunday with a Bible story from the lesson plan in which the
children can be a part. After discussion and prayer, we join
another class to view a video which relates to the days' story.
The children learn a Bible verse for the month, then participate
in a time of music |

3rd,
4th & 5th Grade
Heather Gokee
| Our class learns Bible stories through group
readings and life lessons from a video cast of pre-teen characters
at "The Station." We focus on getting familiar with the
Bible and how it relates to our daily experiences. The class
is flexible and adaptive with the children often leading the
selection of workbook activities that promote discussion and
thought. |

Middle/High School
Logan Marsh
| Middle and High School youth meet in the Parish
House during the Sunday School hour. This class is growing in
their understanding of Christ, and welcomes all youth to join
them. |

Adult I
Carolyn Carter
| Our class uses the
David C. Cook series, a Bible-based study with practical life
applications. Bible Commentaries add to our understanding of the
Bible. The focus changes every 3 months. This
quarter's study is on "Deep Faith, Bold Faith."

Adult II
Wayne Welsh
|
This is an Adult Sunday School class that is topical in
nature. The group meets during the regular Sunday School
hour. The group is currently using a series on
"Five Secrets Before you go to Heaven."
Participants maintain a journal to record spiritual insights as
revealed to them. The study is bible based, Christ centered
and spirit led. All are warmly welcomed to attend.

Adult III
Becky Merkle
| A new Sunday School class for women has begun at
Calvary. We have been meeting for several months and welcome any
women of the church who would like to join us. We meet in the
parlor, which is located directly behind the sanctuary. Our
intent is to bring together women of all ages to study the Bible.
We are currently studying 1st Corinthians. Plan to join us next
Sunday. |
